The best way to Shine a Stainless Stove

Stainless metal stoves offer a contemporary look in the kitchen while requiring minimum maintenance to look their best. The primary enemy of metal is abrasion. Sponges, brushes and abrasive cleaners depart good etch marks that trigger dulling. Cleaning correctly and using the best cleaners retains the metal shiny by by eliminating dirt, grease and food residue, and by reducing the possibility of etching.

Combine 1 tablespoon of detergent with ½ gallon of water. Wipe down sides, the front and top of the stove with all the detergent solution, eliminating soil or any spills.

Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 quart of water. Scrub burnt-on food residue in the stove top using a non-abrasive sponge along with the baking soda mixture. Wipe the whole stove with water that is clear to eliminate the cleansing residue.

Dampen a cloth with white vinegar. Wipe the metal surfaces down moistening the fabric with clean vinegar as required. Vinegar cuts through cleansing and grease product residue, providing a glow to the steal.

Place three or two drops of oil on a soft, lint-free cleaning cloth. Rub the olive-oil to the metal utilizing a circular movement. Use the oil in a thin coat to provide its total glow to the stove.
